Wall systems

Cassette 900 is a flexible modular wall system for industrial and warehouse environments. Walls are built from standardised sections that are easily reconfigured, extended or relocated as your operation changes – without the inertia of permanent construction.

The system is ideal for partitioning production, storage, machinery or staff areas – with good sound and dust separation.

Typical applications

• Machine enclosures – contain noisy or dusty equipment
• Dedicated production zones – cleaner areas, painting, assembly
• Store-within-a-store – secure storage, tool cribs, hazardous goods rooms
• Staff areas – break rooms, offices and meeting rooms right on the floor

How the system works

Walls are built from sections in a fixed module width, combined freely: solid panels, window sections in two sizes, and doors. Height is adapted to your building, and the system can be fitted with a roof – as dust protection or to carry lighting. The wall can even be combined with a mezzanine on top to use the full height of the building.

Everything is bolted, nothing is cast: a wall built for one layout can be dismantled and reborn in the next. That makes Cassette 900 particularly well suited to leased premises and operations in change.

Frequently asked questions

Can the wall be moved later? Yes – that is the whole point. Sections are dismantled and reassembled in a new configuration; additional sections can be ordered as needed.

What about sound and dust? The system provides good sound and dust separation for industrial needs. Describe your requirements in the enquiry and we will propose the right specification.

Does it survive forklift environments? Yes, and it can be complemented with impact protection in exposed locations.
