LogiSafe is our range of impact protection that safeguards people, interiors and buildings in demanding warehouse and production environments.

A single forklift strike against a building column or a rack leg can cost more than protecting the entire warehouse – and in the worst case far more than money. The right guard in the right place reduces injuries and damage, and cuts the cost of downtime and repairs.

• Column guards – protect the building’s load-bearing columns from forklift impact

Everything is anchor-bolted to the concrete floor and can be relocated when your layout changes.

Where is protection needed?

Walk your warehouse with forklift eyes: doorway positions, aisle crossings, rack ends facing truck aisles, columns in picking routes and areas where reversing trucks turn. Separating pedestrian and truck traffic is a core workplace-safety requirement – rails and barriers are often the simplest way to achieve it.

Frequently asked questions

Which protection should I choose for pallet racking? End-frame guards facing the truck aisle plus upright guards on exposed legs is the most common combination. Send a photo of your environment and we will advise.

Do the guards survive repeated impacts? The guards are designed to absorb and distribute impact energy in forklift environments. After a heavy strike the guard should be inspected – replacing a guard is cheaper than replacing a column.

Can the guards be moved? Yes, they are bolted to the floor and can be dismantled and relocated when the layout changes.
