Mezzanine floors

The ME250 system gives you an extra floor inside your existing facility – often the fastest and most cost-effective way to create new space without extending the building or relocating. Unused ceiling height becomes storage, picking, office or production space.

Every mezzanine is engineered for your building, your loads and your flow. We deliver a complete, EN 1090-1 certified steel structure – from drawing to finished installation.

When is a mezzanine the right choice?

• The warehouse is full but ceiling height is unused – a mezzanine can double the usable area on the same footprint.
• You need to separate functions – picking at ground level, buffer storage or offices above.
• You lease your premises – the mezzanine is a free-standing structure that can be dismantled and moved with you.

How ME250 is built

The system is based on hot-rolled steel columns and beam profiles, dimensioned for span and load in each individual project. Flooring is high-strength board – 22 mm for lighter loads or 38 mm high-density board for heavier duty – and the floor is completed with railing (1,100 mm, per EN ISO 14122), pallet gates (1,500 or 2,000 mm) and stairs at any angle from 31 to 45°.

Rectangular, L- and U-shaped floors are all supported, as are openings for through-floor stairs. Live loads from 250 up to 1,000 kg/m² are dimensioned to Eurocode.

From idea to finished floor

2. Send an enquiry – we review the engineering, check it against your building and come back with a quotation.
3. Manufacturing in Sweden – in our own EN 1090-1 certified workshop.
4. Installation – by experienced fitters, often without stopping ongoing operations.

Frequently asked questions

What is the lead time? It depends on size and specification – from order to installed floor is normally a matter of weeks. Request a quote for a schedule.

Can the mezzanine be extended later? Yes. ME250 is modular – the floor can be lengthened, widened or given additional stairs and gates afterwards.
